This is kind of a hot mess.  This will be the third time Chase has sent out 1099-MISC forms to some people.  Most people have already filed their taxes and this is just annoying. I hope that I don’t get one.

  1. So what happens if AMEX 1099s you then takes the money back? Do you have to refile and claim medical expenses for treating a RAT bite? Will animal control put the vicious RAT down?

    • 🙂 – I am not sure if you would have to refile or if you could just adjust it on next year’s taxes
