Chase Enforcing 90 Day Timeframe for Signup Bonus Requirement – Doctor of Credit

This one is technically enforcing the rules per their terms but it still blows anyway. I usually try to get my min spend done in the first 60 days so I don’t have to worry about it though.

Synchrony Bank rejects credit application due to a phone number – Miles Per Day
24 of the world’s most unusual landscapes – CNN Travel

This may add a bucket list destination or two to your list.  One place that I think should have been on it is Jekyll Island driftwood beach in Georgia.

  1. I can confirm the 90 day rule that Chase has started to enforce. I got approved for CIC#2 on June 14, received card June 21 and I asked via SM the date I have to complete the terms of bonus. I was given up to Sept 12 to fulfill spend to earn the $500 bonus. I also lowered my cash line to $100.

I usually fulfill MSR by day 45 but it’s good to know the date they’ve set for me to keep an eye on.

    • I always like to reach out to get a confirmation of the offer in writing too. Always good to mark down when you need to complete it by so you don’t miss out.
