This is kind of a hot mess.  This will be the third time Chase has sent out 1099-MISC forms to some people.  Most people have already filed their taxes and this is just annoying. I hope that I don’t get one.

I have not noticed this type of treatment when I have flown with my kids on Delta, American, Southwest or Spirit :(.  I guess I need to take them on some United flights!

  1. So what happens if AMEX 1099s you then takes the money back? Do you have to refile and claim medical expenses for treating a RAT bite? Will animal control put the vicious RAT down?

    • 🙂 – I am not sure if you would have to refile or if you could just adjust it on next year’s taxes
