Las Vegas-based retail company grows by catering to air travelers – Las Vegas Sun

It is interesting to see a company have such growth in the retail industry.  While most retailers are struggling Marshall Retail Group has doubled sales over the last few years. I think their approach to not being one specific brand is a great approach and also it appears airport shopping is where it is at these days.

Raiders Owner Mark Davis (Worth $500M) Spotted Flying Coach On Budget Allegiant Airlines – Daily Snark

He is probably one of the most frugal guys out there and while I admire that somewhat this is just kind of crazy 🤣.

Qantas will slash loyal passengers’ frequent flyer points by a massive 15 per cent this week – Daily Mail

I warned about this in my Capital One post about the Qantas transfer bonus.  Not everything is going up, like short domestic flights on American Airlines.  But if you had your eye on something you may want to book it before tomorrow.

  1. Mark Davis flying Allegiant is interesting, and consistent with his frugal nature, but there may be another reason: Allegiant purchased the naming rights for the Raiders’ new stadium in Las Vegas. Maybe free flights was part of that deal!
