A very interesting read that I picked up on Twitter from Vinh at Miles Per Day.  Kind of a genius way to scale up and make some serious money.  I am sure he will end up paying some hefty fines but I wouldn’t be surprised if others are doing it.  It would be annoying if you lived in the building though.  I don’t see why Airbnb would care, they still get their money.  With how greedy they are with their gift cards I don’t get them having an issue with this. I understand why the city has an issue with it since they are missing out on those hotel taxes and fees.

This would be a big blow to people who collect American Airlines miles.
