It is important to mail out something if you plan on winning a charge back of any type.  There are more scammers for digital goods than anything else so mail a copy of the email you sent etc.  Anything as long as you can get delivery confirmation for it. Hopefully you don’t get hit with their terrible foreign transaction policy too.

  1. Apple Pay has been working in Chicago for a while 🙂 Costs $0.25 more than a fare paid via Ventra, but also means you don’t need to buy and load the card.
