Bank Of America Free Museums 2020
Great news! The Bank of America free museums program called “Museums on Us” has once again been renewed for 2020! The program was introduced by Bank of America a few years back and has become very popular. Let’s take a look at the program and what you need to know to get your Bank of America free museums access in 2020.
Many of the museums are open again. Be sure to check out the Museums On Us map to see what their current hours and availability are. The program is still up and running.
Bank of America Free Museums – Who Is Eligible?
Bank of America has made their free museum program simple and easy for their customers to enjoy for 2020. In order to be eligible for Museums on Us you need to present one of the following at a participating museum on eligible dates:
- Bank of America credit or debit card
- Merrill Lynch credit or debit card
Museums on Us 2020 Terms:
TO QUALIFY, SIMPLY PRESENT YOUR ACTIVE BANK OF AMERICA® OR MERRILL LYNCH® CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ALONG WITH A PHOTO ID TO GAIN ONE FREE GENERAL ADMISSION TO ANY PARTICIPATING INSTITUTION. CARDHOLDERS ONLY; GUESTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FREE ADMISSION. EXCLUDES SPECIAL EXHIBITIONS, TICKETED SHOWS AND FUNDRAISING EVENTS.
Museums on Us – How Many Tickets?
Each cardmember gets one free ticket to a participating museum. Put another way, you should be able to get a free ticket for each Bank of America or Merrill Lynch debit or credit card you have, although some locations may limit you to one per person even if you have multiple cards. Either way, Museums on Us is a great perk that can bring you $100-200 per year in value if you maximize it.
Bank Of America Free Museums 2020 – Calendar of Dates
The Bank of America Museums on Us calendar has now been updated for 2020! This is great news and an awesome perk! You can also find the Bank of America free museums calendar HERE.
Bank of America also has a Museums on Us interactive map to show you which museums participate.

Conclusion
Bank of America’s Museums on Us 2020 is a great perk that everyone should be able to take advantage of at one point or another. You can use this perk at your local museum or while you travel. We have enjoyed The Henry Ford Museum at home in Detroit and we took advantage at the American Museum of Natural History when in New York (which is no longer on the list). I hope to hit the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum the next time I am in town.
I look forward to another visit or two to the Henry Ford this year as well as the Michigan Science Center. Bottom line is this is a great and inexpensive way you can spend some time with friends and family doing something different. Whether it is around the block or across the country Bank of America Free Museums 2020 provides a lot of possibilities worth checking out!

AMNH is still pay-what-you-wish at the counter, at least for now!
Yeah that is a pretty awesome set up. I have still bought a ticket in the past just to bypass that line though 🙂
