Chase Ink Lounge Club Membership

Chase Ink Lounge Club Membership Registration

The Chase Ink Plus (& discontinued Bold) are probably my favorite overall cards. Not only do I earn 5x Ultimate Rewards points on my cell & internet bills, but I earn 5x on all of my office supply purchases which works out great for me!

One thing I always saw as icing on the cake was the card’s Lounge Club membership benefit. In the days before I got the Ameriprise Amex Platinum, I used Lounge Club quite often when traveling. Most of the lounges aren’t too fancy, but they definitely beat sitting in the terminal.

Last month I covered the fact that this lounge benefit is going after tomorrow. Luckily you still have time to register to get one year of the service. Remember too that each authorized user card gets its own membership as well.

Here is how the membership works:

  • Register and they send you a Lounge Club Card.
  • Use that card when going to one of their over 350 lounges.
  • The first two visits in the year are free and the additional ones are $27 charged automatically to your Ink.

How to Register

To register simply visit this link and enter the invitation code CHASEINK. From there simply follow the prompts and before long you will have your one year membership.

Helpful Tips For Keeping Track

If you are like me, then you may have more than one Ink card. Between my Inks and being an authorized user on my wife’s, I have four cards. It can get tough to keep track of all of those Lounge Club memberships and the free visits.

To keep track of the visits used on a card, I simply place a mark on the back. Two marks and I know that card is “used up” for the year. Since I have so many Lounge Club cards, I don’t foresee going over the limits and needing to pay $27.

Fairmont

Thanks to Doctor of Credit for the reminder that this benefit is also going away on the Chase Fairmont card. To register for your Fairmont membership, visit this link and use the code FAIRMONT.

Conclusion

Since I got the American Express Platinum card, I haven’t kept up with my Lounge Club memberships. With the future of that card’s place in my wallet in doubt, I am planning on registering all of my Ink’s as soon as I hit publish. At worst they will go unused and at best they will save me from getting stuck sitting in a crowded terminal.

  1. I signed up earlier this month on April 5th or so and I still haven’t gotten my card yet. I am hoping it’s because of the rush and a lot of people have been signing up and that’s why there is a delay.

  2. Is the two free visits per cardmember year or calendar year? When exactly will they stop working for two free visits per year? Next May 1st? Thanks.
