Chase Marriott Cards Will Earn 10X on Gas, Restaurants and Deliveries
Chase has announced new limited time perks that are coming to Marriott Bonvoy cards. Cardholders will earn 10X on purchases at gas stations and restaurants, including deliveries. Let’s take a look at the details.

The Offer
Eligible Chase Marriott Bonvoy cardmembers can “opt in” to start earning 10x on these two categories of spend: restaurants and gas stations. Cardholders will also get 10x when they order from eligible food delivery services like Grubhub and DoorDash.
10x points is valid on up on to $3500 of total spend on all these categories together, from July 15 to September 15, 2020. So you can earn up to a maximum of 35,000 Marriott Bonvoy points through this promotion.

Conclusion
The regular earning rate for gas stations and restaurants varies from 1x to 4x on these Marriott cards. So earning 10X is a big boost for those who prefer Marriott Bonvoy points. Just make sure you register, and keep in mind that it starts on July 15. Also remember that the 6x offer on grocery spend for all Marriott Bonvoy cardholders remains available through July 31.

I called up chase because I have the Marriott Boundless which is supposed to be eligible but when I went to the registration page and put in my info it said I wasn’t. The rep I talked to hadn’t even heard of the promotion nor the one for 6x at grocery stores which one doesn’t have to register for supposedly. All this got me thinking and I did a search and couldn’t find anything directly from chase about the Marriott cards and these promotions. It makes me think it’s not real.
Doesn’t work on my Marriott Biz card
Also didn’t work in my Boundless.
Maybe try again in a few days since it start on 7/15.
