Bonvoy Boundless 5 Free Nights

Marriott Bonvoy Boundless Card Offering 5 Free Nights

The Chase Marriott Bonvoy Boundless card has a new welcome bonus that is worth up to 250,000 points. The bonus comes as 5 Free Nights, which is an offer that we have seen once in the past. But now it’s even more useful as you can also top up Free Night Certificates with up to 15,000 Marriott Bonvoy points. Let’s see how this offer works.

Update 7/20/22: This offer is set to end tomorrow 7/21/22 at 7AM ET. It is currently the best offer Chase has for personal cards (assuming you maximize the 250,000 points). So if you had your eye on it then grab it now. Here is a breakdown of who is eligible for it since the banks made you need a PHD to figure this stuff out.

The Offer

  • Earn 5 free nights after spending $5,000 in the first three months from opening.
  • The nights are redeemable for up to a year after receiving the benefit.
  • Each night is valued at 50,000 Bonvoy Points (up to 65,000 if you add 15,000 points)
  • $95 annual fee is NOT waived

  1. I have an expensive-ish stay coming up, so this is perfect as I’ll maximize all 250K points (but it’s really worth only 200K because of not getting 5th night free when booking with certs). But normally I’d prefer 125-150K points to 250K in certs.

  2. I signed up when it was the 100k points offer with $3k spend and another 25k points after another $2k spend (total $5k spend). It’s half the points (based on value) but I feel like the flexibility is kinda worth it. It was defjnitely better in my mind when the SUB was only 3 nights. Wavering on asking Chase for a match. I don’t have any immediate use for the certs, the 5 night trip I have booked already will exceed 65k per night (50k cert and 15k top up), otherwise I’d potentially change to using the certs and saving the points. Keeping the points sounds better in my case, no? Ty
