Free $20 Costco Cash Card When You Sign Up for Auto Renewal
PDX Deals Guy received an email about this last week so it looks like they have targeted a new batch of people in 2019. The offer lasts until February 28, 2019.
Costco has sent out offers by mail to its customers with an offer that could easily get you a $20 Costco Cash card. Let’s check the details.
The Offer
Get a FREE $20 Costco Cash Card! Sign up for auto renewal on your Costco membership now. This special offer ends February 28, 2019.
To enroll online:
- Go to Costco.com and click Sign in/Register
- Go to My Account and click Account Details
- Click Renew membership then select Auto Renew
Conclusion
This is an easy $20 and if you’re a Costco member already I assume you do some shopping there, besides gift cards. Doesn’t look like you need to actually renew, just sign up for auto renewal. If you did not receive an offer directly, then you can also do this at a store, or by calling 1-800-774-2678, to make sure you’ll get the $20 card.

I just got off the phone and put in auto renewal. I was not targeted. Will get the cash card in 4-6 weeks. I used my CITI Costco Visa already on file.
As of 2/5/19 when I called they said the offer was only valid for those who were targeted. Since I didn’t receive the offer in the mail, they said I was not eligible.

when I called they said that was not an option, I had to do it online or at a store.
I just did this but didn’t receive any confirmation or account update so I went to live chat and confirmed everything and was told I will receive a $20 cash card in the mail. Free money!
