Fidelity Rewards Visa Card 150 bonus

Fidelity Rewards Visa Card, New Public $150 Signup Bonus

The Fidelity Rewards Visa credit card has a new signup bonus of $150 available online. This is the best bonus we have seen, but some targeted offers could get you twice as much.

The Offers

Receive 15,000 Bonus Points—which equals $150 cash back, when deposited into an eligible Fidelity account—after you make at least $1,500 in eligible net purchases within the first 90 days of account opening.

Application Link

Card Details

  • No annual fee
  • Unlimited 2% cash back on everyday purchases
  • 1% foreign transaction fee
  • Existing and previous Fidelity Rewards card members are not eligible for this offer
  • Card issued by Elan services

Conclusion

This is the best public bonus we have seen on this card, but a $150 bonus is still not something to get too excited about.

The card is not for everyone. Its main selling point is the unlimited 2% cash back on everyday purchases. So it’s useful for those that just need more bandwidth for 2% cashback spending. If you already have a card that gives you that, it’s better to look at other bonuses first.

  1. This is my go to card recommendation for most of my friends. Many of them are not interested in keeping track of card rewards so a VISA with 2% Cash back and no annual fee, to me, seems like their best options.

Also i like that you can connect the rewards to an IRA or 529. Once again i find that many of them have limited savings plans for the future. This certainly helps them to fund those accounts. It’s easier to have them use “money” they are not really planning on vs putting aside more of their paychecks.
