Hilton Timeshare Offer

Hilton Timeshare Offer, 3 Nights and $100 Credit for $149

Hilton Grand Vacations has a new timeshare offer. You can get a three night stay and a $100 credit towards a future Hilton stay, for just $149. This offer includes Orlando and Las Vegas.

And, as usual, thereā€™s a requirement to attend a timeshare presentation. Letā€™s check out the details and pricing for each destination.

The Offer

Guests must purchase one of the following packages by August 15, 2022:

  • 4-day/3-night stay for $149 plus tax in Orlando
  • 4-day/3-night stay for $149 plus tax in Las Vegas

Guests will also receive a $100 ā€œSpend a Night on Usā€ certificate. The $100 ā€œSpend a Night on Usā€ certificate is good toward up to a US $100 rebate on a one-night stay at the Hilton hotel brand selected by the guest at gifting (hotels in the United States only). See rebate certificate forĀ Terms and Conditions. As part of your vacation package, youā€™ll attend a two-hour personal preview and sales presentation ofĀ HiltonĀ Grand Vacations, where youā€™ll learn how you and your family can enjoy the many benefits and privileges of vacation ownership withĀ HiltonĀ Grand Vacations.

Promotion Link

You are not eligible to participate in this promotion if you:

  • (i) have an open, incomplete package requiring attendance at a sales presentation,
  • (ii) have attended a Hilton Grand Vacations sales presentation at any property within the last year, and/or
  • (iii)Ā are an employee of Hilton Grand Vacations, Hilton Worldwide or their affiliates.

Make sure youĀ carefully read the fine printĀ regarding eligibility and any other restrictions.

Conclusion

This offer is different from what we usually see from Hilton Grand Vacations. Instead of points, you get a $100 rebate on a one-night stay at one of six brands. You will choose between Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Hotels, DoubleTree by Hilton, Embassy Suites Hotels, Homewood Suites, and you have to use it within 6 months.

This offer is valid for Las Vegas and Orlando. If you take the certificate into account, then you are getting a very cheap stay. But I think previous offers for up to 50,000 points were a better deal.

Keep in mind that once you purchase one of the packages, you then have 12 months to actually book your stay. It might be worth asking for something extra as well if you call. It has worked for Mark in the past. You can alsoĀ ask about different destinations.

Itā€™s also a good idea to prepare yourself for the timeshare presentation which is mandatory. You can see whereĀ MarkĀ andĀ one of our readersĀ have both participated in one of these Hilton timeshare presentations. Check out their articles for some idea on what to expect and how to best prepare yourself.

Also let us know if you have already done one of these timeshare offers in the past!

  1. Also found out that the parking garage is not even connected to the hotel so you will be subject to 110 degree heat and extreme sun by walking back and forth about 200 yards to the hotel.

  2. They charge $15 per day for parking which is not waived for the timeshare deal. Since it is technically four days one will have to pay $60 for parking!
