Impression by Secrets, Hyatt’s New Luxury All-Inclusive Brand
Hyatt continues to expand its all-inclusive portfolio with a new adults-only brand announced last week, Impressions by Secrets. This is the 10th brand in the company’s Inclusive Collection, and Hyatt says will set the standard for luxury all-inclusives.
The announcement includes the opening of Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres, the brand’s first and only property for now. The resort is located in the heart of one of Mexico’s most iconic island destinations.
Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres is on the southern end of the island, on a sweeping white-sand beach. It offers 125 suites all with luxury in-room amenities, including double rain showers, terrace whirlpools, custom-stocked wine fridges, and yoga mats.
Setting the stage for an extraordinary experience like no other, guests of Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres can indulge in a multitude of privileged romantic inclusions before even checking in. Creating a distinct sense of arrival, butlers will welcome guests on the mainland as they board a private yacht from Marina Hacienda del Mar to reach the resort’s private pier.
Guests are immediately taken to the island and guided to their rooms for a seamless arrival experience. These exclusive, complimentary transfers ensure guests’ every need is met from shore to sea with a full bar and butler service available during the quick 25-minute sail.
The use of natural elements such as bamboo and local wood further emphasizes the island sanctuary environment and complements its breathtaking setting. From atop a coastal cliff, guests can enjoy expansive sunrise and sunset views in an exclusive Caribbean destination.
The room designs reflect sophisticated furnishings and a soft neutral color palette that creates a serene, calming atmosphere for guests to drift into relaxation.
For dining, Secrets Isla Mujeres offers eight different a la carte dining venues, along with nine bars and lounges, beach service, and private in-suite dining available 24 hours. That includes SPEZIA, a Mediterranean open terrace restaurant, and UNIK, a chic, rooftop tapas and a la carte venue that offers live music in the evenings.
Guests will also enjoy Pure SPA, a fitness center that comes with a certified personal trainer, and other activities including snorkeling, four cascading oceanfront infinity pools, Bali beds and hammocks, an over-the-water lounge for observing local sea life, and a four-story waterslide. Guests will also get access to cooking classes, coffee and wine tastings, and sunset paddle boarding.

I went to Secrets Impressions Moxche in March. Extremely nice property.
The article states brand new and first of its kind. They already have SECRETS IMPRESSION MOXCHÉ which had been featured on many sites.
Impression I guess is the VIP part of Secrets properties.
The property at Isla Mujeres is the newest one?
I just checked the Hyatt app and it’s a Cat F at 50,000 points or $832 for an mid-August night.
The name of this is a bit different being “Impression by Secrets” vs. “Secrets Impression” looks like same brand.
Any difference in benefits for Hyatt status members? Can points be used and if so, what Category? Aside from the home page, I saw nothing to indicate it is part of World of Hyatt in terms of program benefits.
Did you expect the author to do research? They just reprinted the press release, it looks like.
Impressions appears to be what Sandals advertises to be. I went to a Sandals about 30 years ago, and never again. If I do an all inclusive it will be Hyatt branded.
