Today’s MtM Vegas Video

This week MGM Resorts International was the subject of a major cyberattack that rendered most of their systems useless. From reservations to their gambling floors and everything in between, it was a rough week for MGM and its employees. We’ll discuss what happened, what we know, what MGM isn’t telling us and what the experience was like on the ground for employees and the company’s guests. Plus when will everything return and how much will this ultimately cost MGM Resorts in the end?

We also learned that Caesars Entertainment was also the subject of a major cyberattack. Reporting suggests they paid $15 million to free their systems, largely avoiding the same problems that plagued their biggest Vegas rival. This episode covers all of the news from both attacks and dives into what you need to know to protect yourself if you are a customer of either company.
