If you’re not familiar with myVEGAS, it is an online game that allows you to earn coins which several real life redemption options, including meals, drinks and hotel rooms. When redeeming points for stays, you can cover the room rate and tax but you have to pay resort fees.

Just keep in mind that you would still need to have MGM Rewards Gold status or higher to have your resort fees waived. Also these changes for the MGM Rewards (M Life) program go into effect on February 1, 2022.
