Is the Hyatt Regency Orlando that much better than Grand Cypress? Have the latter booked for a trip in September, and now wondering if I should switch.
Depends on if you have kids or not going. Grand Cypress has a lot more to offer for families but my biggest issue was the large pool was not heated a few years back and was unusable in May when we were there. I am not sure if it is still not heated or not. If that is a big deal I would contact the property and see. HR Orlando’s pool is very warm in the winter months, has a small slide and does not get as crowded. I also like being on International Drive with everything right there etc. I guess it depends what you want out of it. Both properties are very good though, can’t really go wrong.
