  1. Bilt Mobile Checkout for restaurants is like In Kind checkout. Is that overly complicated? Also, Bilt warned in advance that full roll out to all Bilt Dining restaurants will be phased over the first year. But, it’s supposed to happen.

Bilt Travel checkout is somewhat like an Amex FHR checkout where there’s a spot to use only your card or only points or a mix of card and points. Once you know that you click “use rewards” to use Bilt Cash, you know.

This is new and a person needs to learn “oh, this is how you do it.” It’s like switching from an iPhone to an Android phone. You learn on the fly but once you know you know. And, once you know, it all seems simple.

Along this line, a comment to another article on another blog said that people are being overly dramatic about Bilt’s complexity and (to the reader) it seemed more like other readers’ lack of “try this” talent is what the problem. I’ve even seen people complaining about something and they’re actually talking about the wrong credit. And, many of the complaints are answered in Bilt’s terms and conditions.

  2. “A lot of them ot locked up”

    How many?

3, or 16 of the 1.8 million activators?

Try not to sound like teenagers.
