Bally’s used language in a filing this week that companies do not use unless things are genuinely bad, and it puts the entire ballpark site project in question. There are also rumors about who might swoop in and take it over, and the name being floated has history on the Strip that a lot of people are still not over. Meanwhile the Raiders want $158 million for a new North Plaza with $75 million of it coming from public funds, Downtown Grand has been sold, Circa quietly opened two new floors of rooms, and there is a Strip buffet charging locals ten bucks.
