Amex and Delta Launch New Welcome Offers

American Express and Delta announced this week new Delta SkyMiles American Express Cards offers.

There are increased offers for all six Amex Delta credit cards. Welcome bonuses vary between 65,000 SkyMiles for the personal Delta Gold card, and 100,000 SkyMiles for the business Delta Reserve card. Let’s take a look at the details for each card.

The Offers

Here are the welcome bonuses for the personal credit cards:

  • Delta SkyMiles Gold American Express Card
    • Earn 65,000 Bonus Miles after you spend $2,000 in purchases on the Card within the first 6 months.
    • Annual Fee: $0 intro annual fee for the first year, then $99.

  • Delta SkyMiles Platinum American Express Card
    • Earn 80,000 Bonus Miles after you spend $4,000 in purchases on the Card within the first 6 months.
    • Annual Fee: $250

  • Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express Card
    • Earn 95,000 Bonus Miles after you spend $6,000 in purchases on the Card within the first 6 months.
    • Annual Fee: $550

All these offers will be available until November 9, 2022.

All these offers will be available until November 9, 2022.

Conclusion

These are decent offers for most Delta credit cards. But we have seen better bonuses in the past, which have also included MQMs for those who are chasing status.

These new offers are also available through referral links as well, and we are seeing some improved referral bonuses also. That could make it worthwhile to apply.

You can also try booking a Delta flight directly on their site, and hopefully you see better offers that show up in the last step before actually paying for your flight.
