New Cardless Liverpool FC Card

Cardless has teamed up with Liverpool Football Club (LFC) to launch its first branded credit card for U.S. supporters. Being a Liverpool fan is actually not a requirement, so anyone can apply.

The Liverpool FC Credit Card by Cardless, issued by First Electronic Bank, includes no annual fee, no late fees and no foreign transaction fees. Cardholders can earn points redeemable for statement credits, and if you’re a Liverpool fan, for match tickets, player-signed items and exclusive experiences and rewards.

The card is Cardless’s second partnership with an English Premier League club, having already partnered with Manchester United. Let’s take a look at the signup bonus and the details of this card.

The Offer

  • Earn 30,000 points after spending $2,000 on their card within the first three months of account opening, valued at $300 in statement credits.

Card Highlights

Each Cardless car usually has one or more categories that earn 4x or 5x in rewards. With the Cardless Liverpool card you get 5x points on rideshare and select streaming services.

There are also some interesting perks for Liverpool fans such as an LFC International Membership, 10% retail discount in LFC official stores and more.

  • Earn:
    • 5x points at the Official Liverpool FC Store and on Liverpool tickets
    • 5x points on rideshare and select streaming services
    • 3x points at bars & restaurants and select food delivery services
    • 1x points on everything else
  • 10% off in LFC official stores and online (up to a total of £75/season) upon activation of your LFC membership
  • No foreign transaction fees

When it comes to redeeming points, you can use them for:

  • Fanatics gift cards for Liverpool FC gear: 1 point = 1.25 cents
  • Statement credits: 1 point = 1 cent

Conclusion

Cardless continues the trend of teaming up with sports teams. They already offer cards in partnership with the Boston Celtics, Cleveland Cavaliers, Manchester United, Miami Marlins, New Orleans Pelicans, and now Liverpool FC. Soon they will also launch a LATAM Airlines card. You can see how all these cards compare to each other, and pick the one that works best for you.

The Cardless Liverpool card has no annual fee, just like all other Cardless cards. It comes with a $300 bonus and earns 5x on streaming and rideshare purchases. Liverpool fans get even more perks.
