Get Up to $35 Credit for Using PayPal at Walmart, DoorDash and CVS

PayPal has two new promotions that can earn you up to $35 in credit for making purchases at some popular merchants. One offer is for CVS only and can get you a $10 credit, while the other is for several merchants, such as Walmart and DoorDash, and can get you another $25. Let’s see the details of each offer.

Walmart, DoorDash and More

Get $25 when you shop with PayPal this holiday season. Make three online purchases of $35 or more at select merchants by 12/31/2020. In-store purchases do not qualify. First 130k customers only. Eligible merchants include:

  • Walmart
  • DoorDash
  • GAP
  • Old Navy
  • Athleta
  • Banana Republic
  • Ulta

CVS Offer

Get a $10 reward for your first CVS® in-store purchase using PayPal. Make your first touch-free payment of $20 or more with the PayPal app in-store and get a $10 reward. Offer ends 12/12/2020. Reward must be used by 1/31/2021. Here’s how it works:

  1. Open the PayPal app on your phone
  2. Show your QR code
  3. Complete the transaction touch-free

Conclusion

Walmart is a popular retailer, so most people can complete the spending requirement there for the first offer, in order to get the $25 credit. The CVS offer needs to be done in-store and it requires a purchase a $20 to get another $10 credit. A nice discount for purchases that you might make anyway. Also don’t forget to link your Chase Freedom cards with payPal to earn 5% this quarter.
