Point.me Explore Tool for Award Flights

Point.me has introduced several new tools designed to make it easier to search for award flights, including an Explore tool feature for award flights. This new tool lets users browse destinations without entering a specific route.

How It Works

Instead of choosing an exact origin and destination, travelers can search from or to entire regions and view options across flexible date ranges. The map combines real-time award pricing with filters for loyalty programs and credit cards. They even added a calendar heat map highlights dates with lower award prices.

Side By Side Price Comparison

Point.me is also adding a side-by-side price comparison for flight deals. Users can see the cash fare, the number of points required through a credit card travel portal, and the number of points needed after transferring rewards to an airline loyalty program. This should make it easier to compare the available booking options and determine what works best for you.

My Points

Another new feature, called My Points, allows members to connect their credit card and loyalty accounts. Point.me then estimates the value of those balances and shows award results that can be booked with the points the user already has. When a balance is too low, the platform displays how many additional points would be needed.

Point.me Explore Tool for Award Flights: Final Thoughts

It is great to see Point.me continue to add features to its award search tool to help their subscribers find award flights more easily. I think Point.me is a really good option for the people out there that hate the grind of award searches. Which seem to be harder and harder to find these days.
