This week we learned more about how Tropicana will close as their owner Bally’s faces both funding problems and a plan to take them private. With the property closing on April 2, the big question is whether or not it will be imploded. Bally’s is fleecing the Tropicana and running her into the ground, but will they actually be able to build a replacement and if not Bally’s then who would take over the project?

In other news the Suncoast has announced a massive renovation that will touch almost every area of the property. We also discuss Lady Gaga’s new show dates, who will perform next at the Sphere, Pirate Fest coming to town and how Mark Wahlberg is one step closer to his vision of Hollywood 2.0. Shawn also provides an update on his Rio lock situation and how the property handled it.
