Vegas Strip Tour July 2020

While we continue to cover deals, credit cards and news, we are also trying to bring a little travel back to the blog for all of you. Many of you have reached out saying you aren’t quite ready to head to Vegas (despite the amazing deals), but are interested in seeing how things are. So, I walked the Strip and tried to give a sense of that.

  1. I am so anxious to go back to Vegas. I usually do 4 trips a year and have not been since November. Unfortunately until they get a better plan in action I will be staying home.

  2. I can’t imagine there will be an increase of visitors as long as smoking is allowed. It’s likely that COVID virus attaches to the exhaled smoke and moisture from the lungs and is blown into the air. Probably remaining airborne for awhile and covering more than six feet, especially if they are walking and smoking. Also, many were not wearing masks covering face and mouth. As much as I miss gambling, if casinos will not develop and implement a plan that reduces risk, I will just have to wait.
