Vegas Sunset Walking Tour
I’ve shared videos of all times of day in Vegas, but I am often asked about how it is during the busier times of day. Of course it’s slow in the morning, but do the crowds materialize in the evening where all of the action is?
The answer is yes and no. While casinos are sometimes busy in pockets at night, there simply is too much supply and you end up with quieter areas. I noticed this quite a lot during my last trip to the Strip. I found a busy casino and pit at Harrah’s while Treasure Island was a ghost town.
One of my favorite parts of this video is the sunset views of the outdoor Venetian Gondolas. Not only is it a magical time of day, but I got to see how they handle the gondola rides in the era of COVID-19. They pull the gondola up to a singer on the sidelines who serenades guests instead of the gondolier. Fascinating and fun!
Bottom Line
I hope you enjoyed this view of sunset on the Strip including more casino tours and my favorite spiral escalators anywhere! Vegas continues to get marginally busier I think, but there is still a long road of recover ahead.
