Wells Fargo Premier Autograph Card Doesn’t Require Premier Status
The Wells Fargo Premier Autograph Visa Infinite® Card may no longer be limited to customers with a Wells Fargo Premier relationship. Or maybe it never was.
According to new data points shared at Frequent Miler, some existing Wells Fargo customers who do not have Premier status have found targeted offers for the card within the Wells Fargo app or online banking and were approved after applying.
Previously, it was believed that the card was only available to Wells Fargo Premier clients, which typically requires maintaining $250,000 in qualifying deposits or investments. While that doesn’t seem to be a requirement, there is still no public application link. The offer appears to be available only inside eligible customers’ accounts.
The Premier Autograph is essentially an upgraded version of the Autograph Journey. It carries the same $95 annual fee but currently offers a 100,000-point welcome bonus after meeting the spending requirement, compared to the Journey’s 60,000-point offer. It also adds Visa Infinite travel protections, a Global Entry/TSA PreCheck credit, and a $50 annual airline statement credit.
If you’re an existing Wells Fargo customer, it’s worth logging into your account or the Wells Fargo app and checking the available credit card offers.
