Well here’s an interesting development! If you have a World Legend Mastercard, your Priority Pass membership may be showing you airport restaurants and spas in addition to lounges.

These non-lounge experiences used to be available on several premium credit cards. But that list has been cut down to exclude some of the most popular cards and now you can only get it with cards like Bank of America Premium Rewards Elite and UBS Visa Infinite Card.

Primary cardholders usually receive a $28 credit, and you can also get another credit for one additional guest only. That’s a $56 credit if you just want to visit one of the eligible restaurants instead of a crowded lounge.

But it is really an expanded benefit for World Legend Mastercard holders? Two popular World Legend Mastercards are Bilt Palladium and Citi Strata Elite. We have heard from a few Facebook Group members that they are indeed seeing restaurants and spas listed when they log into Priority Pass using these two cards. But they’re not showing up for everyone.

We reached out to Mastercard, Citi and Bilt for answers. The latter is the only one to reply so far and their media team says that nothing has changed for now. “The restaurants and experiences appearing while being logged into your Priority Pass account with a Bilt Palladium membership can certainly be confusing. At this time, we ask that you please refer to the specific coverage details outlined in your Guide to Benefits, as that remains the official list of eligible offers for your membership.”

So if you have one of these cards, I would not run to the airport to try and get any credits for dining at restaurants. But something may be in the works.
