Wyndham Total Rewards Status Match How-To
Yesterday I covered the new partnership between Wyndham and Caesar’s Total Rewards. As part of that deal elites from both programs will be matched to similar levels in the other program. As a reminder:
- Wyndham Rewards Platinum = Total Rewards Platinum
- Wyndham Rewards Diamond = Total Rewards Diamond
I currently have Total Rewards Diamond status from Founderscard. The status has been incredibly rewarding considering I don’t pay resort fees, have received numerous comps, get 2 free show tickets monthly, a $100 annual dining voucher and access to the amazing Diamond Lounges. Thanks to this partnership it is getting even better.
Now that Total Rewards is partnered with Wyndham, I am a Wyndham Rewards Diamond member. Here is how I completed the match.
Matching from Total Rewards to Wyndham
1. Go to this link to start the match. Login to your Wyndham Rewards account using your username and password. Once logged in, fill out the form with your Total Rewards Number, Date of Birth, zip code and email.
2. Once you click submit you should see that the match has instantly been done. Talk about a great integration!
3. You will also be able to instantly see that your account has been upgraded when looking on the Wyndham site.
Since the match is good through the end of December, you will have to re-match in January. The nice thing is that Total Rewards membership resets at the end of January, meaning that you should be able to re-match before you drop to a lower tier.

To do the match in the opposite direction, simply login to your Total Rewards account (or create one if you don’t have one) and click this link. You should be prompted to enter your Wyndham Rewards number for the match.
Conclusion
It is impressive to see how easy and fast and easy the integration between the two programs is. Thanks to Founderscard and my Total Rewards Diamond status I now have top-tier elite status in yet another hotel loyalty program. You won’t find me complaining about that!
