Get Up to $300 in Credits with Amex Blue Business Cards, Or 10K Points

American Express has launched two new welcome offers for the Blue Business Plus and Blue Business Cash credit cards. With these offers you can earn up to $300 in credit for  eligible purchases with Dell Technologies, DocuSign and FedEx within their first three months. This will probably not be worth $300 for everyone, but the Dell and FedEx credits at least can be useful. Additionally, it is also still possible to get the old 10K Membership Rewards offer and earn referral bonuses as well. Let’s take a look.

The Offer

Earn up to $300 back to boost your business. You can earn up to $100 in the form of statement credits at each of the following merchants after you make an eligible purchase on your new Blue Business Plus or Blue Business Cash credit card within the first 3 months of Card Membership:

  • Dell Technologies
  • DocuSign
  • FedEx

Any eligible spend up to $100 will be rewarded in statement credits (e.g., if a Card Member spends $20 at one, they will get $20 back).

Both cards also come with 0.0% intro APR on purchases for 12 months from the date of account opening, then a variable rate based on your creditworthiness and other factors at account opening.

The offer is available publicly and also through referrals, which would be an added bonus.

10K MR Offer

Some older referral links are still showing the 10,000 Membership rewards offer.

  • Earn 10,000 Membership Rewards® points after you spend $3,000 in eligible purchases on the Card within your first 3 months of Card Membership.

Some people could prefer that offer instead of the DocuSign or FedEx credits especially.

I’m not very excited about these new offers. If your business really spends money at all three merchants, then it works out to $300 in cash, which is great. But not everyone will need to spend $100 at DocuSign and probably not at Fedex either.

These are solid business cards though, and earn 2X points or 2% cashback on all purchases, up to $50K per year.

Let us know which bonus you think is superior and whether you plan on applying at all.
