The $1500 Chase Business checking bonus is the highest offer that I can remember seeing. I do think the limited time $500 checking bonus offer may be the more popular one though. Especially since it only requires a $2000 deposit. Just be sure to add a little more than the requirement to account for the 5 required transactions.
