AAdvantage Gets A Slight Redesign
It is no secret that AAdvantage and Dividend Miles are in the process of merging today. In fact, as of now Dividend Miles no longer exists. As a result of the merging of the programs, the AAdvantage website has been down most of the day.
I just checked my account and noticed that I was finally able to login. (They added a last name field to the login screen.) While my Dividend Miles account balance still hasn’t been added, it is nice to see that the main AAdvantage profile screen has been spruced up a bit.
As you can see from the screenshot, all of the same information is there, but it is just presented a little nicer. Many of the AAdvantage screens were a throw back to the old website design, so it is nice to see this area looking a little fresher tonight. Some areas like the award booking screen have not received an upgrade.
Even though the site is a bit prettier, the real important thing is our miles. Lets hope they can get all of our accounts to merge without issue!
