Ally Bank, Earn Up to $250 Bonus Nationwide

Ally Bank has an offer that will earn you 1% on your deposit within three months. It is available for new and existing customers and limited to a maximum of $250. Let’s check the details.

The Offer

For a limited time, get a 1% cash bonus on new money moved to a new or existing account. Simply move at least  Once you have signed up, move at least $1,000 from an account at another financial institution to a new or existing eligible Ally Bank account by 3/31/20, and you’ll get a 1% cash bonus, up to $250.   • You must deposit or transfer at least $1,000 in net new funds from an account at another financial institution into your Online Savings Account, Money Market Account, or CD by 3/31/20.

Conclusion

This is a pretty offer and it’s available to new and existing customers alike. If you deposit the maximum allowed of $25K, you will get a bonus of 1% which amounts to $250. That is in addiiton of the interest rate you would normally earn with an Ally Bank Online Savings account that gives you 1.5% APY. Add this bonus and you can earn 5.5% APY for three months.
