- Maximum of one 10K/20K bonus per account.
Conclusion
These are great offers for adding just one authorized user to your account. It works out to 10X Membership Rewards on the Platinum Card or 20X for the Delta Reserve and Everyday cards.
For cards such as the Platinum or Delta Reserve you should probably got for the free additional user cards, unless they really need some of the extra benefits. Remember that adding an Authorized User can count against their Chase 5/24 count as long as the card is open. You may be able to call in and have them remove this on a reconsideration call but it is your mileage may vary there depending on the representative that you deal with.
I would suggest completing spending requirement with organic spend. American Express has been getting much tougher on bonuses and rewards earned with cash equivalent purchases.
Please let us know if you were targeted for these offers, or any similar ones.

How long does it take for the bonus points to be posted after you meet the spending requirement?
For me, it used to take just a couple days for it to be posted, but for the additional cards that I added last months, it’s been two weeks since the requirements had met but I don’t see the points yet.
I received an offer (account page) in Apr, 2022 for 30,000 pts after $1000 spend in first 3 months (month 3 ends today, I believe). I didn’t screenshoot it but remember clearly as it is the ONLY offer I’ve ever received from any card to add another user! (I should have screenshot it, though.) Completed spend on May 25. Nothing shows. Chatted about two weeks ago. Agent doesn’t see the deal but gives me details on the current deal (10K on $2k spend in 6 mos) which is not on my account page. SUB pts showed quickly a year ago. Will call before closing the card in August (after rollover) just to see if they have the info. The chat agent said “You will get the one which was available at the time of applying the card.”
Is it a MR card or co-branded card? The MR ones usually post within a few days but Hilton didn’t until the statement cut.
I appeared to be targeted using the most recent link; however I can not get amex chat to confirm that the offer is active on my account. They say that they need a POID code (listed on the mailer) to verify. Anyone have a similar experience?
Do I have to keep the primary card for another year after receiving the authorized user bonus? Just curious if I choose not to renew if the authorized user bonus will be clawed back. Thanks!
I don’t believe that is a part of their terms but I would skim it when accepting to double check.

Can this be used more than once? I previously used an offer and added my wife, can I add someone else and get it again. I have another offer for 20,000 points
Should be able to if you were targeted
Nice. Thanks for the heads up.
My pleasure
Any links to American Express Everyday card offer? All I see when I log in to my account is 10K for referring a new (primary) card holder

so it’s $175 fee but ~$200 bonus – is there any catch?
You can choose a green card instead and avoid the $175 if you want.
Thanks Mark! You probably meant gold card, not green?
And if I still go for the Platinum one – I guess I’ll receive the same 20k bonus regardless whether I add 1 user or 3, right?
My Everyday offer was significantly worse. Spend $1k in first 6 months, get 5k points. Hardly worth bothering.
I got exactly the same offer but it’s not a hassle to do so I went for it. 5k bonus plus the 1k on spend, ain’t great but better than nothing.
I received the offer but my links have never worked for the additional 20k bonus. Has this happened to anyone else?
right – I was wondering if there is any way to verify that the offer has been established? I called, but they were unable to confirm. He said to call back in 2-3 weeks. No ticket# or any way to track the conversation even…
I usually use the chat.
