Best Hyatt Credit Card Offer

Yesterday Danny broke the news that the Chase Hyatt credit card’s bonus is changing for the worse. Much worse actually. Instead of the current “2 Free Nights” offer, the bonus is reportedly dropping to just 40,000 points. This eliminates aspirational high-end redemptions which in my opinion are the best use of the free nights. I have used these nights for example at properties like the Park Hyatt Tokyo.

Due to this bad news I suspect many of you are considering an application for this card before the changes go into effect on June 29. If you are, then let me give you an extra $50. How? Well, if you go to the main public site for the card or apply via someone’s affiliate link then you get the following:

  • 2 free nights after $2K spend in 3 months.
  • 5,000 bonus points for adding an authorized user.

BUT, if you use the special link below then you also get:

  • $50 after first purchase.

DIRECT OFFER LINK

We covered this increased bonus back in April, but I thought it was worth highlighting given the changes. The above link doesn’t pay us any commission, but we want you to get the best possible deal.

Bottom Line

If you are going to apply for the Hyatt Visa card before the changes, make sure to put an extra $50 in your pocket by using the link above. Do you have plans to get this card before the changes? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!

  1. Got the dreaded “we need more time” …. wait it out? Or call recon soon? I’m 8/24……any luck with other people?

  2. Will use your link as you’re my favorite guy — any tips on combining this pull with something else non 5/24? Perhaps Marriott Biz?
