Chase Ink Business Preferred Application
Back in August a couple of weeks before the Chase Sapphire Reserve was set to come out, an application link briefly surfaced for the card before getting pulled. During the brief hour or so that app was widely known about, many people (including myself) applied and were approved despite 5/24. Initially there was no landing page showing the bonus, so it was a bit of a gamble and those who took it ended up winning.
Fast forward to today and a link for the new Chase Ink Business Preferred card has surfaced as well. It too does not have a landing page nor a guarantee of a bonus. I would suspect it will have the same 80K bonus as has been announced, but there is no way to guarantee that. Here are the app links via Reddit:

5/24 Being Enforced?
As of now several people on Reddit have reported that their applications have gone into pending status. In fact, I didn’t see one case of an instant approval which could indicate that 5/24 is being enforced, but it is too early to tell. One poster did say they were denied for having opened too many new cards in the past two years so my hunch is 5/24 is in play. I highly suggest reading through that thread if you are interested in applying.
Conclusion
The Ink Business Preferred is supposed to be released on November 14 according to leaked information, so this app has surfaced a full 11 days in advance. No doubt Chase will have another popular card on their hands, especially with the 80k bonus, but it remains to be seen if this will be a repeat of the Sapphire Reserve craze! I personally would wait for a landing page before applying since there doesn’t appear to be a reason to jump on these early links if they aren’t avoiding 5/24.

Think I’d have a chance if I went into a branch and showed the manager how much I use my CSP and how I’d use this card for my business even more?
It might not hurt to see if you are pre-approved and it never helps if a banker is on your side, but they have limited power to overturn a denial.
I’m under 5/24 and have been waiting to pull the trigger on the Chase Ink Plus as long as I can. With recent news that it is going away when the Business Preferred comes out, would you reckon I have until the 14th to apply or would you think it could go away sooner? Any insights would be great, thanks!
PS: Just to clarify, am I reading things right about this that the Chase Ink Plus is going away for new applicants when this other card releases?
They haven’t officially announced the launch date but the 14th has been leaked and seems fairly legit. I imagine we will know the final date publicly soon but I wouldn’t cut it too close. You are correct that Chase has said the Ink Plus will no longer be available once the Preferred is on the market.
Business applications count as hard inquiries?
I though they did not.
Yes it is a hard inquiry on your personal credit report. Once the account is open, most banks including Chase don’t report business accounts on your personal credit report.
