Conclusion

Some decent offers but mainly for personal use.  You may be able to make some money on a few of them depending on your selling relationships.  The Meijer cards are probably the best deal if you know how to use them properly, and have a Meijer store in your area.

  2. I used to do these deals when you could buy Ebay gift cards at a discount and then buy discounted gift cards on their site with your discounted money. But now that you can’t buy gift cards with a gift card on Ebay, what’s the point? My threshold for buying any scrip is usually a 20% discount. I guess a few of these days get to that point, but they’re pretty marginal offers. I wonder how much Ebay’s gift card business has declined with their new rules. Meanwhile, Amazon — which changed their rules to encourage gift card purchases — has become the place to buy gift cards. Weird.

    • It definitely used to be a lot easier with the eBay gift cards and with the 5X Ink Plus on PPDG. There is still some value offered.

      The thing I found most strange is that the discounts have gotten worse without the eBay gift cards working…I would have thought they would have needed to get better in order for people to buy. They don’t even sell discounted eBay gift cards on eBay anymore and they used to do it like once every month or two.
