Free Flight From Frontier Airlines

Eric from Miles Man is reporting that he was targeted for a free flight from Frontier Airlines to Vegas. It looks like it may be a promo for Discount Den members. It came to him via email and I wonder if others got it and just didn’t notice.

Email Subject: Fly to Vegas on us

Details

He says the days of flight are limited to Tuesdays and Wednesdays and must be booked by 9/12/22 for flights through 11/2/22.  That probably won’t work for many as a round trip unfortunately. I mean can people even survive a week in Vegas?!

It could still be beneficial to book a round trip and just use the flight out there as a cheap one way etc. and then “miss” the return flight. This may not make sense since the promotion covers everything but taxes and fees. As we have seen with other low cost carriers those fees can be a majority of the flight on a cheap fare. That is less likely to be the case these days with the cost of airfare so high though, especially to Vegas.

Final Thoughts

Eric was able to find a flight out of Philadelphia for $74 for the round trip ($37 in taxes and fees each way). I would take that as a one way flight cost every day and twice on Sunday. He also says anyone in his party got the same price on the test booking, that makes this a potentially really rewarding offer if you were targeted.
