Give Kids the World Fundraiser
Everyone knows that I love me some Disney. I mean, I have been to every single Disney Resort in the world at least TWICE! (Some many more times!) Yes, that makes me a nerd, but it also means I can appreciate what Ed Pizzarello and Summer Hull are doing today. They are attempting to ride every single attraction at Walt Disney World in one day. All 48 of them!
While walking 19 miles around four Disney parks is no doubt going to be a lot of fun ( 😉 ), they aren’t just doing this for personal excitement. Ed & Summer are raising money for an amazing charity, Give Kids the World.
Here is a brief description of the charity from Ed’s post:
Give Kids The World Village opened in 1989, and is now an 84-acre, nonprofit resort complete with 168 villa accommodations, attractions, restaurants, ice cream shops and events specifically designed for children aged 3-18 with critical illnesses. Over 156,000 families from all 50 states and around the world have stayed with GKTW to the tune of more than 8,000 families per year.
For those who don’t know, Give Kids the World is the real deal. Almost all of the money donated actually goes to the children and their families unlike with some other charities. A few years ago I rode roller coasters all day to support GKTW, but doing Disney sounds like a bit more fun. I have personally supported today’s event and thought it was worth sharing.
You can find out how to support Give Kids the World and how to follow their adventures today. I watched on Facebook as Ed did a practice run a few weeks ago and it was a lot of fun.

Well certainly a good possibility as long as you dont have to stand in a line. That would it impossible.
