Hilton Grand Vacations has a new timeshare offer which is one of the best that we have seen. You can get a three night stay, 50,000 Hilton Honors points, and a $100 credit towards a future Hilton stay, for just $149. This offer includes Orlando and Las Vegas, and three other beach destinations.
And, as usual, there’s a requirement to attend a timeshare presentation. Let’s check out the details and pricing for each destination.
The Offer
Guests must purchase one of the following packages by September 20, 2022:
- Las Vegas: 4-day/3-night stay for $149 plus tax
- Orlando: 4-day/3-night stay for $149 plus tax
- Daytona Beach: 4-day/3-night stay for $149 plus tax
- Virginia Beach: 4-day/3-night stay for $149 plus tax
- Myrtle Beach: 4-day/3-night stay for $149 plus tax
Guests will receive 50,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points, and a $100 “Spend a Night on Us” certificate. The $100 “Spend a Night on Us” certificate is good toward up to a US $100 rebate on a one-night stay at the Hilton hotel brand selected by the guest at gifting (hotels in the United States only). You are not eligible to participate in this promotion if you:
- (i) have an open, incomplete package requiring attendance at a sales presentation,
- (ii) have attended a Hilton Grand Vacations sales presentation at any property within the last year, and/or
- (iii) are an employee of Hilton Grand Vacations, Hilton Worldwide or their affiliates.

We have seen Hilton Grand Vacations offers for either points or Hilton credit. This latest offer includes both, and is priced at just $149 for a three night stay. You get 50,000 Hilton points and a $100 rebate on a one-night stay at one of six brands. You will choose between Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Hotels, DoubleTree by Hilton, Embassy Suites Hotels, Homewood Suites, and you have to use it within 6 months.
This offer is valid for Las Vegas, Orlando, Daytona Beach, Myrtle Beach, and Virginia Beach. If you take the points and the $100 certificate into account, then you are getting paid to go on vacation.
Keep in mind that once you purchase one of the packages, you then have 12 months to actually book your stay. It might be worth asking for something extra as well if you call. It has worked for Mark in the past. You can also ask about different destinations.

I got a similar offer not too long ago. When I called up, they gave me an additional offer of an upgrade to 1 1-bedroom, and an extra night free if I book within 45 days. This is in Orlando.
