The Plastiq 1% Fee Promo Offer Details

Until December 31st only only, submit up to three payments ($10,000 or less each) and benefit from a 1% Plastiq fee. Here’s how it works:

  • Select a recipient/vendor you would like to pay
  • Enter a payment amount up to a maximum of $10,000
  • Submit a payment using your preferred credit card
  • On the payment review page, make sure your payment is scheduled to be processed before 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2019. Note: How do you check processing date? See this article for instructions and screenshots.
  • You can submit up to 3 one-time payments like this before 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2019

Use your favorite credit card to pay a wide variety of bills – from rent and car payments to utilities and business expenses. Depending on the funding method of your recipient (paper check or electronic transfer), the processing date can be as soon as same-day (in which you will be notified prior to payment submission).  You are able to view the processing date of a payment both before and after submitting a payment. Remember that gift cards will no longer work starting 1/1/20.

  • Promotion is available only to direct recipients of this email notifying them of their eligibility and cannot be combined with other Plastiq promotions or fee free dollars (FFDs). This promotion is non-transferable.
  • Promotion can be applied on up to three payments per account.

Conclusion

Plastiq usually charges a 2.5% fee for bill payments. During this promotion you pay just 1% on three payments of up to $10K. If you’re using a card that earns more than that, it’s definitely worth it. With a 2% card you can make a $300 profit if you maximize the payments. But, you only have a few days to do it.
