  1. What a scam. I just got my email that the Companion pass was awarded, and I can’t BOOK my companion till 1/6!!!!!! Who knows how many seats will be available by then. What if I wanted to travel with my husband ON the 6th? Really think Southwest dropped the ball here.

    • That does stink. As long as there is one seat available (even if business price or super expensive etc.) you will get it with the companion pass. I doubt it will be an issue to be honest…flights are not selling out and especially after the holidays it won’t be that busy.

  2. Incredible offer, crazy offer. Really? In the middle of pandemic offering less than 60 days of companion ticket during the slowest travel period of the year even during good times is considered as incredible offer?

  3. Given that SOUTHWEST offered this companion pass for only a few days, I (and obviously many others) had to pass. As such NOT a great promotion.
