Staples Mastercard Gift Card Deal

For a long time Staples has run Visa and Mastercard mail-in rebate deals, but in recent years they switched over to instant discounts. This coming week they have a Mastercard discount that may be of interest to some. Let’s take a look.

The Offer

  • Pay no activation fee (a $7.95 value) when you purchase a $200 Mastercard gift card.

Key Terms

  • Offer valid 01/28/24 – 02/03/24.
  • The Mastercard® Gift Card is issued by Metabank, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International.
  • Limit of 8 per person, per day

Spending the Mastercards

These Mastercards are PIN-enabled and should work anywhere Mastercard is accepted. I know people have had issues with these coding as debit cards at Walmart, but they do work at some places and can be run as credit if you are just using them to buy normal products.

Conclusion

In my opinion you can never get enough office supply store gift card deals. This one is probably one of my favorites because you can easily spend $1,600 in one trip.
