Travelpony 9% Off Sale – 24 (26) Hours Only!

Travelpony is offering 9% off all bookings when you use the code Thanks2U.  The sale runs until 4PM CDT tomorrow.

In case you haven’t heard, Travelpony is a discount hotel site which often has rates much lower than traditional travel agents.  I have used them on several occasions without incident.

If you are new, instead of the 9% discount, you can sign up and get $35 off of your first booking. Unfortunately, the discounts cannot be combined.

Terms Of The Offer

“Sale begins on July 1, 2014 at 2:00PM CDT. The sale will end at 4:00PM CDT on July 2, 2014. Discount may not be used in conjunction with other promotions. You must elect to post a corresponding Facebook message upon checkout to receive the discount.”

It appears based on the terms that they are forcing you to send out a Facebook message to get the discount. While this is unfortunate, there isn’t anything stopping you from deleting it sometimes afterwards if you don’t like it on your page.

Conclusion

Travelpony is a great discount hotel booking site which I have personally used before and recommend.  9% off of their already discounted prices is a wonderful promotion. Of course I still recommend shopping around with other travel agents to make sure you are getting the best deal.

If you are new, then it doesn’t hurt to sign up and get your $35 credit.  Have a great evening!
