Earn Up to 10,000 Bonus Points with Hilton Cards
American Express is targeting select Hilton Honors cardholders with a new offer to earn a bonus of up to 10,000 points on everyday spending. The offer was sent out by email, and it’s also showing up in the Amex Offers section. But you can check the details and the promotion link for eligibility.
The Offer
Earn up to 10,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points:
- Enroll and earn 1,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points after you spend $500 in eligible purchases on your Hilton Honors American Express Card through 2/28/2023, up to 10,000 Points.
- Input your Card Information or sign into your American Express account to start earning even more Hilton Honors Points.

Key Terms
- Limited to 1 enrolled Card per Card Account.
- Starting from the date of enrollment through February 28, 2023 (“Purchase Period”), the Basic Card Member on an enrolled Card Account will earn 1,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points each time $500 in eligible purchases (“Threshold Amount”) is made on their enrolled Card Account, up to a maximum of 10,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points.
- Eligible purchases made by both the Basic Card Member and any Additional Card Member(s) on the enrolled Card Account will count towards the Threshold Amount.
- Eligible purchases completed prior to enrollment will not count towards the Threshold Amount.
- Eligible purchases do NOT include fees or interest charges, cash advances, purchases of traveler’s checks, purchases of reloading of prepaid cards, purchases of gift cards, person-to-person payments, or purchases of any cash equivalents.
- Hilton Honors Bonus Points will be posted to your Hilton Honors account 8-12 weeks after you reach the Threshold Amount.
Conclusion
This offer basically gives you up to an extra 2X Hilton points on your spending. That’s not very exciting on its own, but it can be useful if you plan to put any spend on your Hilton cards. Some cardholders could be working toward a signup bonus or Free Night Rewards.

From WHEN? All you say is the end date.
They don’t usually have start dates on targeted offers or at least publish them. We don’t have that information unfortunately.
You’ll only earn bonus points starting from the date of enrollment.
