BAcon
This weekend I have had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with almost all of the Prior2Boarding bloggers at the BAcon conference. The conference, which is a gathering of all of the bloggers under the BoardingArea umbrella, has been wonderful and I have had a great time.
I just wanted to chime in to say just how impressed I am with the quality of bloggers that we have on Prior2Boarding. Don’t believe me? Head on over to our homepage and see what everyone has to offer.
Over the past year, Miles to Memories has grown tremendously and continues to break records. I am truly grateful to you, my readers for all of the support and want you to know that I am committed to improving the site and its content.
A Few More Things
My biggest passion in life is sharing the knowledge I have gained through a decade of family travel. Â With that in mind, I would like to launch a weekly column answering YOUR family travel questions. Ask me anything and I promise that I will do my best to answer it.
I am also very happy to announce that I will once again be speaking at the Family Travel For Real Life conference next March in Charlotte. My presentation this time around will be completely different and will focus on family adventure travel and voluntourism.
In the end the future looks bright for Miles to Memories and I am inspired by the growth of the site and the interactions I have had with everyone who reads it. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your weekend!

is there one place I can go to to find out about travel hacking related conferences in Charlotte? I’m just myself so I’m not interested in the family travel one but I’m a newbie who’s been soaking up days and days of reading up on miles accumulation and traveling for free etc. and would love to be in the know about conferences and such where i can meet fellow hackers 🙂
While the conference in Charlotte is family focused, we have had people without children attend. One of our speakers will talk about manufactured spend, which is information that is valuable for anyone. (He is an expert and speaks at non-family conferences on the same topic.)
I am not aware of any other upcoming seminars in Charlotte, however there are several other seminars around the country. You can search for The Chicago Seminars & Frequent Traveler University for their latest events to see if they are convenient for you.
Welcome to the world of miles & points! It is a lot of fun.
thanks! do u have a link for the upcoming Charlotte event?
No problem. Here you go. http://first2board.com/thedealmommy/family-travel-real-life-2/
