Resorts World Las Vegas released their earnings for 2022 recently and while the news is mixed, it sort indicates the property has had a successful launch. With strong occupancy, recovering conventions and good entertainment partnerships, will the property march forward into more success?

In other news Boring Company is moving forward with their Vegas Loop project. They have agreed to purchase 1.3 acres from UNLV for a station which will be a hub for Allegiant Stadium, Thomas & Mack and the campus. We also discuss a man shooting himself at Cosmo, the most expensive beer in Las Vegas and another change Hard Rock has made over at Mirage.
