Not a ton of info to go on but I think that is the point. The lack of transparency when dealing with reward accounts is the problem. I have long thought there needs to be more consumer protections on these accounts. They are profit centers for these companies, sometimes their biggest asset, and we need some protections with them. Allowing them to shut it down without notice, reasoning or a way to appeal needs to change in my opinion.
