There is a new offer for the Blue Business Plus that is the best I can remember seeing on the card.  It is a combo offer that ties in a welcome offer plus an authorized user bonus.  You may be able to recreate this, or do slightly better, with a 30K-35K refer a friend offer from your significant other or player 2.  But if that is not an option then I would jump on this offer if you don’t already have the card.  Remember that the Blue Business Plus card is a credit card and will fall under the newly increased 5 credit card limit with American Express.

Details of the Offer

The details of the offer are as follows:

  • Earn 30,000 Membership Rewards after spending $5,000 within the first 3 months.
  • Earn 10,000 Membership Rewards after adding an authorized user and spending $1,000
  • No annual fee

The authorized user spend should count towards the $5,000 in minimum spend on the account as well.

Final Thoughts

The Blue Business Plus is one of the best everyday spend cards and one of the best no annual fee cards.  You can earn 2X Membership Rewards on your first $50,000 in spend each year.  These are fully transferable points too!  All without having to pay any annual fee is pretty hard to beat.

This offer is great for anyone that has been holding off on grabbing the card and doesn’t have a lucrative refer a friend offer available.  If you have a 35K referral from a spouse etc. then you may be able to do slightly better than this offer.  But if you are flying solo or only have 20K refer a friend offers etc. then this is probably as good as it gets.
