Final Thoughts
Remember that all points transfers are final–whether that’s to another person or to a loyalty program–so don’t send points out of your ThankYou.com account until you’re sure. Citi ThankYou Points transfer times can vary a lot. If you’re dealing with a slower transfer time, try to put the award flights on hold so they don’t disappear while waiting for points to show up.
Final tip: you usually need to log out and then log back in to see the points after sending them to your airline or hotel account.

24 hours with Turkish and counting
Common, unfortunately–especially if it’s your first time transferring to them. It should get down around 18 hours after you’ve done a few transfers to them.
About 15 hours from TYPs to AA with my first transfer.
Perfect, thx!
Anyone yet have experience with AA transfer times?
I’ve seen data showing 12-16 hours in a few different places.
